Lathe Cuts

Lathe cut seals are a low cost/high volume alternative to molded seals. Extruded and precision cut seals can be manufactured from 0.030” up to 18.0” ID with walls as thin as 0.10” (depending on OD) and cut into washers and other sealing configurations as thin as .020”. Complex cross-sections such as D-rings, double chamfers, L-gaskets, short lip seals, custom extruded profiles in long lengths (with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive), spliced solid or hollow O-rings and fabricated four-corner gaskets are also available.
